Model 100 - Screen Rooms
A screen room is a wonderful place to entertain company, friends, and family without the annoyances of bugs and pests. Available in several colors, the Sunspace Model 100 features sturdy aluminum construction, and durable screens. The Model 100 also offers the design flexibility of the addition of integrated aluminum or glass railing, and it is also fully upgradeable to a Model 200 Weathermaster Sunroom.
Model 200 - Weathermaster
The Model 200 is our most popular sunroom for many reasons. It features versatile WeatherMaster Vertical 4-Track Vinyl Windows exclusively from Sunspace. Easily installed, this model is designed to combine the breezy, open-air feeling of a screen room with the comfort, convenience, and safety of an enclosed porch, making it ideal for porch conversions. The Model 200 is made with View Flex vinyl glazing that is more durable than glass and available in a variety of tints that lets you control the sunlight through infinitely adjustable windows. It provides up to 75% ventilation
Model 300 - 3 Season
Our 3-Season sunroom is a bright addition to any home. The Model 300 is constructed from sturdy 2" extruded aluminum with single-glazed glass, providing strength, stability, and a virtually maintenance-free exterior. Enjoy ventilation from either side of the window with aluminum-framed double roller windows. This flexible sunroom design is suited for roof styles ranging from cathedral ceilings to contemporary studio to over deck to carport enclosures.
Model 400 - Insulated
Enjoy a warm and comfortable living space with the Model 400 sunroom, featuring high-density foam-insulated walls. The 3" aluminum extrusions offer strong support against winds and potential snow loads and feature commercial-grade thermal breaks to reduce condensation and heat loss. High-efficiency glass with Low-E Argon adds further protection from the elements.
